General Contest Rules
You can win great prizes from KITT and to ensure that all of our listeners have a fair and equal chance at winning, you need to be aware of these contest rules:
KITT 100.1 GENERAL CONTEST RULES

Prizes must be picked up during regular business hours (Monday-Friday between 6 am and 5 pm) at our studios located at 213 East 2nd South, Soda Springs, ID.
Prizes are held for 5 days and no prizes will be mailed.
Winners may be required to provide positive identification to claim their prize. Photo identification may be requested and must be provided upon request.
Prize winners must wait a minimum of seven days after winning before becoming eligible again to win. Excludes passes, tickets, and packages. See specific rules for contest.
KITT reserves the right to limit each household to one qualifier per contest and make prize substitutions when necessary. An individual, his/her immediate family, and members of the same household may not win any prize more than once every seven days unless otherwise noted.
You must be 12 years of age or older to participate in a contest, though some contests may have special age and other entry restrictions.
Winners may need to sign an affidavit of eligibility and release to claim their prize. If a winner is found in iolation of the rules, he/she may be required to forfeit the prize.
Winners of prizes valued at $600 or more must complete a federal income tax return form when claiming their prize. Taxes and other incidental expenses associated with winning any prize are the responsibility of the winners.
Employees and immediate family members of KITT, and/or its parent company Tri-State Media, and employees of competing radio stations are not eligible to win.
General Contest Rules and rules for specific contests are available on station web sites or in hard copy form at our studios during regular business hours or by sending a self-addressed-stamped envelope to PO Box 101, Soda Springs, ID 83276.
Prizes may not be assigned or transferred. Substitutions of prizes may be neccessary upon availabilities. Cash equivalent to any prize will not be awarded.
Prizes must be claimed within 5 days of winning!
